Education: Western College of Veterinary Medicine

Aimee was born and raised on the family farm in Knutsford. At a young age, Aimee was drawn to animals so the dream of becoming a veterinarian was no surprise. Aimee completed her undergraduate degree at TRU before moving to Saskatoon to complete her veterinary degree.

She graduated from Western College of Veterinary Medicine in spring of 2017 and was fortunate to be able to move back to Kamloops to start working at Riverside. 

She lives on a ranch with her husband Benny and daughter, and her pets: a border collie named Kip, 2 cats named Bullseye and new kitten Cinch, and 3 horses named Ellie, Chyme and Caesar.  

Aimee’s veterinary interests include ophthalmology and surgery, and her personal interests include riding horses and dog agility.
