Tamara grew up in Kamloops, finished her Veterinary Assistant course in 2021 and completed her practicum at Riverside and decided to stay!

In her spare time Tamara plays slow pitch softball with her local team, and darts.

Tamara has a hedgehog named Poppy, a lionhead rabbit named Pepper and two cats named Bob and Meatloaf. She is also a pet auntie to a cat named Myao Ming.
