Dr. Carrigan graduated from WCVM in 1992. She began working in mixed animal practice in Williams Lake before making the move to Kamloops in 2003. She first started doing locum work throughout Kamloops before eventually settling in here at Riverside! She appreciates the opportunity to be constantly learning new things as a vet, and takes special interest in critical care and emergency cases as well as developing her new interest in cardiology. 

Her hobbies away from the clinic include riding horses, tending her garden, reading, snowshoeing, and walking her dogs of course!

She shares her home with 3 dogs, 2 kitties, 2 horses and 10 chickens!
