Education: Western College of Veterinary Medicine 

Alex graduated from WCVM in 2017 and completed her internship at the Ontario Veterinary College in Guelph. From 2018-2021, she worked in emergency medicine at Boundary Bay Specialty Hospital, followed by general practice in Williams Lake. 

She relocated to Kamloops in the fall of 2025, with her partner Cory, and her two cats Nami and Krieger. When not at work she enjoys spending her time outdoors, usually mountain biking and gardening. In colder seasons, she enjoys snowboarding, reading, and has started making sourdough!
