In response to COVID-19 Riverside Small Animal Hospital requests that you honor the following procedures when visiting our business:

• Masks are now optional inside the clinic. If you do require a mask, please ask our reception team and we have some available. If you would prefer for any of our team to wear a mask while assisting you, please just let us know!

• All medical care is back to normal, with appointments for services required. Please call reception at (250) 372-7781 from the parking area when you arrive or enter the reception area directly, and you will be invited into a sanitized exam room as soon as one becomes available. Phone lines are extremely busy, so please be patient. There is hand sanitizer available for use upon entry.

• Family members are welcome to accompany their pet into the exam room. All pets must be restrained or in a pet carrier. A team member will take a history of your pet and discuss any concerns. Your pet will then be escorted to a larger examination area where the veterinarian will complete their exam. Once finished, the veterinarian will discuss their findings with you.
