COVID-19 Update
In response to COVID-19 Riverside Small Animal Hospital requests that you honor the following procedures when visiting our business:
Masks are now optional inside the clinic. If you do require a mask, please ask our reception team and we have some available. If you would prefer for any of our team to wear a mask while assisting you, please just let us know!
All medical care is back to normal, with appointments for services required. Please call reception at (250) 372-7781 from the parking area when you arrive or enter the reception area directly, and you will be invited into a sanitized exam room as soon as one becomes available. Phone lines are extremely busy, so please be patient. There is hand sanitizer available for use upon entry.
Family members are welcome to accompany their pet into the exam room. All pets must be restrained or in a pet carrier. A team member will take a history of your pet and discuss any concerns. Your pet will then be escorted to a larger examination area where the veterinarian will complete their exam. Once finished, the veterinarian will discuss their findings with you.
