Laura moved to Kamloops from a small town in 2020 to start her Bachelor of Science degree. Growing up on a  farm she had the opportunity to work with various animals, which fostered an appreciation for patient care. With initial plans to become a Neurosurgeon, she has now decided to pursue Veterinary Medicine. 

If she is not on paddle boarding adventures with her dog Harper, you can find her working on various carpentry projects or relaxing at home with her cat Bailey.
